Is it the Dark Knight effect, or is it just me? It seems like there's a *darkness* theme that's running through a lot of these formerly glossy big-budget action movies. I'm thinking of the trailer to the next Iron Man movie, as well as this one - the first Star Trek Into Darkness trailer. It's subtitle Into The Darkness, so I guess it makes sense here. But it looks a lot darker than the first Star Trek. Zoe Saldana as Uhura is in the trailer, but for a couple of flashes. I'm excited to see this. Watch:
