ARO Fablab Kenya West is part of a global network. The Fablab network connects 25 labs, located in 12 different countries worldwide. This global network offers a unique opportunity to exchange ideas and technological assistance across borders, facilitating capacity building in local communities, such as Majiwa. Training and education

ARO Fablab Kenya serves as a resource centre in Majiwa. Activities run by the centre include arranging seminars in computer technology, assisting local entrepreneurs in business establishment and fuelling creative thinking among children and others. The whole idea behind Fablab is to serve as a meeting point for entrepreneural thinking, turning creative ideas into physical items. Fablab is a tool for both brain-storming and problem-solving.
