Kartemquin Films, the Chicago based documentary film production company, which has many films to their credits including Hoop Dreams, The Interrupters, A Good Man (about choreographer Bill T. Jones) and No Crossover: The Trails of Allen Iverson, is currently working on their latest project about the 1963 Chicago Public School Boycott. 50 years ago .in October 1963, over 200,000 people, mostly school students, protested and marched over the school system's racist segregationist policies by then CPS Superintendent Benjamin Willis So naturally, Kartemquin is currently looking for anyone anywhere who was invloved in the boycott in either capacity as a student...
