Randall Sullivan's LAbyrinth, which exposes reaers to the real-life events that surrounded LAPD detective Russell Poole's investigation into a notorious LA bank robbery, has been optioned for a big screen adaptation by British production company Good Films. I mention this here because detective Poole's late 1990s investigation uncovered evidence that revealed a wider conspiracy, including the discovery of a network several LAPD officers who were on the payroll of the now-infamous Death Row Records, and further, the unsolved murders of rappers Tupac Shakur and Biggie Smalls.
