We covered filmmaker Mohamed Dione's short film Maffe Tiga - starring Dione and Marie Josephine Zoumanigui - exactly a year ago, last November, and since then, it's been screened at several film festivals around the world. So far, it's been shown at the Black Harvest Film Festival in Chicago, the 7th edition of the Kenya International Film Festival in Kenya, The Soul Bliss Festival, and the 15th annual African American Women in Cinema Film Festival.
