Road hazards of Southern Africa

I've been fortunate to travel much of Southern Africa by car, 4×4, truck, bus, taxi and motorcycle. I've also rolled, dived, collided, skidded and tumbled my way along these roads. Having been involved in a variety of accidents and near misses, I find myself qualified to report some of the hazards particular to these countries. [...]
